Vehicles and engines with an estimated value of more than £100,000 have been recovered by officers investigating a suspected stolen car.

The seven cars, two motorbikes and other items, were recovered from a business unit on Naseby Road in the Alum Rock area of Birmingham on Wednesday, said West Midlands Police.

Officers from the road crime team were investigating a vehicle when they were led to the address where the vehicles were stashed.

All have now been recovered and will be examined, the force added.
